How many parts does HCEA stock and what coverage do we offer?
HCEA stocks more than 15,000 line items in its national parts distribution centre. HCEA has 99% parts availability within five working days, anywhere around Australia.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
If your machine has broken down, simply call your Hyundai dealer who will schedule a time in to send a repair technician to your site to inspect the unit. If the machine cannot be repaired on site, the unit will be brought into the work shop to get repaired. Depending on the level of work required, the machine will be back in the field in no time.
